Those on our Preferred Builders List are licensed, bonded construction professionals with a solid track record of performance, willing to bid on all projects within the scope of their work history. There are only three Preferred Builders in each category (commercial, custom home, kitchen, etc.) on a Transforming Architects List for a given geography. Designation as a Preferred Builder assures the client that all facets of the construction end will be completed in a professional manner.
Transforming Architecture has screened the Preferred Builders for customer satisfaction, on-time work history, quality of work and “team” skills to complete projects. Preferred Builders on our List will be provided with bidding opportunities from the value of the Transforming Architecture Brand Name. Working together as part of Transforming Architecture’s Preferred Builders List will enable participation by Builders in our national marketing campaign.
