At Transforming Architecture, we believe our most important skill is the ability to listen. You know how you live and how you want to live. Your job is to communicate that to the architect via words, sketches on a napkin, pictures cut out of magazines or photos of your favorite front porch down the street. The more information you provide to us, the better we can design for you. Our job is to listen to what you have told us, see what you have shown us, feel what your house needs and combine all that into a design that is right for you. This starts with listening, defining your wants and needs, communicating practical and beautiful solutions, while keeping your budget in mind.
We Educate…
Not everyone knows what an architect does. It is true that we draw plans. But we do so much more than that. Working with an architect can save you money through innovative designs, product selections, solving problems on paper before they are encountered in the field, and much more. We make sure our clients know what to expect during each step of the process (process will be a clickable link to the process), as well as keep the lines of communication open during the entire design and construction of their project.
We Provide…
When your project is designed, three of our Preferred Builders (or any other recommended contractor) will bid on your plans. We will assist you in selecting a Contractor and in making sure your project is built as designed.
